About the Role:
HONEST PLUMBING AZ LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a great opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a company that values quality work and honest service. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Inspect and test system components including thermostats, electrical wiring, and refrigerant levels
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
- Adhere to all safety codes, regulations, and company standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
